Knowledge Areas

Faculty Professional Role Development Program will guide faculty in achieving career goals that lead to promotion and/or tenure. This program consists of three courses: Scholarship of Teaching, Scholarship of Discover, and Scholarship of Practice. Each course can be purchased individually or as an entire program.

Nurse leaders are expected to exhibit a broad range of leadership skills necessary to keep job satisfaction and productivity levels high and turnover rates low.
