Additionally, the advanced practice nurse will learn how to incorporate lifestyle assessments and prescriptions into their current practice. Josie Bidwell, DNP, RN, FNP-C, DipACLM, FACLM
Dr. Josie Bidwell serves as an Associate Professor and Clinical Director for the Department of Preventive Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is a board-certified Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and was inducted as a Fellow of the college in 2022. She is the first nurse to receive this designation. Dr. Bidwell currently practices in the Lifestyle Medicine Clinic at UMMC and hosts the live weekly call-in radio show Southern Remedy Healthy and Fit on Mississippi Public Broadcasting Think Radio.
