Claudia KY Lai, PhD, RN, FHKCERN, FHKCGN, FAAN Claudia Lai is a professor at the Yamaguchi University and Editor-in-Chief of the journal Nursing and Health Sciences. A Sigma member since 1994, she actively participates in various task forces and was elected Sigma's first Asia Regional Coordinator (2011-2015). In 2018, she was inducted into International Nurse Researcher Hall of Fame. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and an active member of the National Hartford Center of Gerontological Nursing Excellence.
