Alyson Keen is a Nurse Scientist at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. She received her PhD from Indiana University in 2021 and is a certified Clinical Nurse Specialist. Alyson's current focus is building infrastructure to cultivate a research friendly environment.

Beth Radecki is Clinical Nurse Specialist and the Director of System Quality, Patient Safety and Experience at Columbus Regional Health. She has over 25 years of healthcare experience with a focus on patient safety and quality improvement for the last 14 years. She has led numerous project improvement initiatives, empowering clinicians to enhance patient care and streamline healthcare process.

Tiffany Rader MSN, RN, AGCNS-BC, CMSRN
Tiffany Rader is a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Manager of Nursing Practice and Quality at Indiana University Health Adult Academic Health Center in Indianapolis, IN. She supported neuro progressive care, stroke and trauma units as a clinical nurse specialist before moving into her current role. Tiffany has expertise in pain management, high reliability, and evidence-based practice. She has a passion for learning and mentoring others in evidence-based practice and nursing.
