Preparing for the Final Journey: Advanced Care Planning and End-of-Life Care from a Global Perspective - Online Course
Limited decision-making capacity in end-of-life patients affects their abilities to express their preferences in medical decisions. Advance care planning (ACP) is a process of communication that enables individuals to consider those decisions ahead of time. This webinar provides an overview of ACP and end-of-life care and how these topics can be applied to nursing around the globe.
This course will retire after 6th December 2024.

After participating in this course, learners will be able to:
- Describe nurses’ roles and responsibilities in ACP and end-of-life communications from a global perspective
- Identify potential approaches to improve the practice of ACP and end-of-life care
